Q: How long have you been a trainer at TCC?
A: 6 years

Q: Where did your passion for fitness come from?
A: As a young kid we used to sneak up the stairs of the local gym to watch the older guys workout, and I became very attached to it, I admired the physiques.

Q: How would you describe your style of personal training?
A: Very attentive, very detailed, for the most part old school style body sculpting.

Q: What is the best killer exercise for abs?
A: Personally, I prefer doing a variety of movements , but if I only had time to do one it would be ‘hanging leg raises.’

Q: What is your favorite post (or pre!) workout snack/meal?
A: I really don’t have one, I just try to eat smart various times in the day, and I get a feel for what my body is craving at that time; a piece of fruit prior to workout is fine for me. After the workout, whatever I got in fridge!!

Q: What is your guilty pleasure food?
A: Potato chips, pizza I can eat 3x/week(pepperoni).

Q: What are your go to sneakers for exercise (brand/style)
A: Whatever my wife buys me, I’m easy to please, no ultra fancy colors or styles though, I am a simple guy.

Q: Favorite music to listen to when exercising?
A: If music was on I’d rather it be classic rock (not hard rock) but no music is fine with me also, if you really need music to have a good workout you are not in “the zone,” just my opinion!

Q: What are your goals (if any..not necessary) for 2021?
A: Simple- every year on my birthday I strive to look and feel better than the year before, even if I miss the mark I am that much better off for trying.

Q: What is your favorite thing about The Chatham Club?
A: Family environment, no corporate feel at all, everyone is treated like an equal!
