Member of the Month

Diane has been a loyal member of the club for almost ten years. She is an excellent example of how consistency in the gym pays big dividends.
Diane became even more consistent in her workouts following the pandemic. She changed her routine and became more focused on improving her fitness levels. This focus has helped her see significant changes in her body composition and improve her cardiovascular fitness.

What does your routine look like?
I have a busy schedule, so I look at each week, predetermine what classes I can take, and fill in the other days with my strength training days. Pre-planning my week helps me stay committed and consistent. Adding strength training to my routine has had the biggest impact on my body composition, and I love my entire routine.

What are some of your favorite classes/exercises?
My favorites are Jen’s Power Sculpt, Lauren’s Boot Camp, and Frank’s Book camp. I love working my back the most and enjoy pullovers and renegade rows.

What are some least favorite exercises?
I know they are good exercises, but I don’t enjoy glute isolated exercises, hip thrusters, and especially Bulgarian split squats.

What do you enjoy doing outside of the club?
My absolute favorite activity is cheering on my daughter at her track meets! She just set the Madison HS indoor 3200 record! I have a background in music, so I enjoy going to live shows. I love to travel back to my hometown in LA to see family. I am also busy with my business as an architectural territory manager doing specs for architects and webinars for continuing education.

Any upcoming goals?
I’m just looking to stay consistent in my routine and continue improving my strength.
