Fitness Director

Dennis Stacknick, B.S., NSCA

Dennis is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a B.S. in Movement Studies and Exercise Science. He earned his Personal Trainer certification from NSCA. He is also a certified Kinesis, Power Plate and Spinning instructor. Dennis developed his own Intensity Training class for the Club, incorporating high-intensity, plyometric-interval exercises. While at ESU, Dennis was captain of the Men’s Cross Country and the Indoor/Outdoor Track teams. Since joining The Chatham Club staff in 2006, he has focused on sports-specific training and strength-conditioning programs.

Director Sports Performance Training

Doug Sellmann, MEd, MSS, NASM, NSCA

Doug’s B.A. in Exercise Science is from Kean University, and his Master of Education in Sports Management is from East Stroudsburg University. He received a Master of Sports Science from the United States Sports Academy. Doug is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA, and he is also certified by NASM. Doug has held various positions at The Chatham Club since 1998. He has also worked at several athlete-training centers around New Jersey. Most recently, Doug was Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Hunterdon Central Regional High School in Flemington, NJ.

Program Director

Jen O’Connor, NSCS

Jennifer has been with The Chatham Club since 1994. She earned her certification as a Personal Trainer from NSCA. She is also certified as a Spinning, Kinesis and Power Plate instructor. Jen attended her first Yoga Teacher training with Baron Baptiste in 1997. She has since attended teacher-training seminars held by the Yoga Journal, Omega Institute and Kripalu Institute. She is certified through the American Yoga Academy. In 2007, Jen became a certified Zumba instructor. She teaches Body Sculpting, Spinning, Yoga and Zumba classes. Jennifer loves to share the joy of movement with our members through all of her classes and personal training.

Frank Azarelo III, B.S., M.S.

Frank is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a B.S. and M.S. in Exercise Science. He played collegiate football and served in the United States Air Force. Before joining the staff of The Chatham Club in 2013, he spent more than a year researching Spinal Cord Injuries at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in the Bronx. Frank’s exercise routines are extremely varied with an emphasis on specific goals and a strong mental attitude, leading to a steady improvement in a client’s overall health and well-being.

Carmine Colasurdo, B.S., ACE

Carmine earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from Montclair State University. He is a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Carmine is well versed in personal, small and large group training with more that 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. He is a fomer NJ State Bodybuilding competitor and, as a qualified dietician and weight loss counselor, he has helped many people achieve their ideal body weight. Carmine is also a Physical Education teacher at an elementary school in Nutley, NJ, and is a licensed Youth Soccer Coach through the Mid-New Jersey Youth Soccer Association.

Ryan Darmiento, B. A., NPTI

Ryan is a former middle school teacher who is turning his lifelong love of fitness into a career. He recently graduated from the National Personal Training Institute in Lyndhurst, NJ, which offers a 500-hour course with 200 hours of practical application. A strong believer in the inclusion of functional training in any fitness program, Ryan holds specialty certifications in kettlebells and TRX suspension training. He enjoys hiking along the beautiful trails near his home in Ringwood, NJ.

Heather DiLauri, NASM

Heather is certified as a Personal Trainer by NASM and joined The Chatham Club staff in 2016. She is currently pursuing certification as a Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. Her favorite training style is strength-endurance training. She enjoys helping people reach their weight-loss goals and live a healthier lifestyle. An avid Green Bay Packers fan, Heather also loves such outdoor activities as hiking in the mountains and at the beach.

Eric Goletz, NASM

Eric is certified as a Personal Trainer by NASM and joined our staff in 2013. He instructs Boot Camp, Self-Defense, TRX Suspension Training and Total Body functional fitness classes. Eric is a Martial Artist and holds a 3rd degree Black Belt in Koei-Kan Karate. He enjoys incorporating karate and self-defense into training programs for his clients. Eric is also an accomplished jazz musician.

Amanda Kara, B.S., M.S., ACSM

Amanda relocated from Alabama to work at The Chatham Club in 2005. She earned her B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, and her Master in Exercise Physiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). She received her Personal Training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Amanda has extensive experience and is certified in Kinesis, Power Plate and TRX Suspension training. She ran competitively for UAB earning several honors including All-Conference and All-American Academic teams. Amanda has completed three marathons, placing 2nd in the ’05 Mardi Gras Marathon. She frequently participates in road-bike, triathlon and obstacle course events. Amanda develops training programs for runners who want to compete at any distance.

Andrew Krasovsky, B.S., ACE, NSCA

Andrew graduated from Kean University with a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Exercise Science. He is certified as a Personal Trainer by both NSCA and by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Andrew is also certified to teach Power Plate, Kinesis and TRX Suspension training. Since joining our staff in 2008, he has developed an ongoing “Muscle Shock” body-sculpting class. Andrew specializes in Fitness Sculpting, Natural Bodybuilding and Nutrition. He placed 2nd in the Novice Lightweight Division and 3rd in the Open Lightweight Division of the 2013 NJ Bodybuilding Championship.

Tim Losey, B.S., NSCA

Tim has been a Personal Trainer at The Chatham Club since 2002. He graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and received his Personal Trainer certification from NSCA. He has lead two of our “Biggest Loser” teams to first-place finishes. Tim is an avid rugby player, and while attending ESU he was selected for the All-American Rugby team. Tim’s emphasis is on fitness for sports performance.

Andrea Miller, B.S., NSCA

Andrea graduated from Rutgers University in the Applied Kinesiology Option of Exercise Science and Sport Studies. Her minor was Psychology. Andrea is a certified personal trainer through NSCA.
She interned at St. Barnabas in the Matthew J. Morahan Health Assessment Center for Young Athletes. Andrea shadowed exercise physiologists researching ways to lower the health complications of young athletes. The focus of their research was the proper screening and treatment of concussions, and eliminating the risk of cardiac arrest in young athletes by administering early preventive cardiac screenings.
Andrea is specifically interested in the research of women exercising during pregnancy, and the potential
benefits for the unborn child.

Tracy Narag, B.S., ACE, NSCA

Tracy received her B.S. in Dietetics from Montclair State University. She holds her Health and Fitness Instructor certification from NSCA and is certified as a Personal Trainer by ACE. Tracy has been a Personal Trainer at The Chatham Club since1992. In her spare time, Tracy plays softball and enjoys running in races ranging in distance from 5K to the marathon. She shares her enthusiasm for sound fitness with all her clients.

Brandon Olshvang, B.S., NASM

Brandon earned his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers Newark. He is a certified personal trainer through NASM. His favorite style of training is strength and hypertrophy-specific training (increasing muscle cells). Brandon also specializes in rotator cuff and hip strengthening. Outside of the Club, he enjoys playing basketball and soccer.

Brett Perry, B.S., NSCA

Brett earned his Bachelor of Applied Exercise Science degree from Springfield College in Massachusetts. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. While at Springfield College, Brett was a member of the Ice Hockey team for four years, and was team captain his senior year.

Ivona Reszka, B.S., M.S., NSCA

Ivona received her B.S. in Adult Fitness and her Master in Physical Education at the University of Warsaw, Poland. She holds her Personal Trainer certification from NSCA and has worked at The Chatham Club since 1997. Ivona is certified as a Kinesis, Power Plate and TRX Suspension training instructor. She is also experienced in athletic and post-rehabilitation training programs. In her spare time, Ivona enjoys playing golf, skiing and beach vacations with her family.

Janine Romano, ACSM, NSCA, FMS I-II

Janine holds certifications from ACSM as a Health and Fitness Specialist and from NSCA as a Personal Trainer. She is also certified as a Kinesis, Power Plate and Spinning instructor, and she has advanced qualifications in nutrition and physical activity. Janine did her undergraduate work in pre-med studies at Temple University and in microbiology at Rutgers University. She has been a Personal Trainer and class instructor at The Chatham Club since 1996. An avid equestrian, Janine developed a bareback riding program – Equisthenics – that focuses on core strength, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness while on a horse.

Will Weber, B.S., M.S., NSCA

Will is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania with a Master in Exercise Science degree. His Personal Trainer certification is through NSCA. Before joining our staff, Will spent more than a year researching cardiovascular and cerebrovascular responses in patients with spinal cord injuries and the impact on their quality of life from classes in basic and advanced wheelchair skills. Will’s approach to fitness includes developing strength and power, full-body metabolic enhancement, and specialized speed and agility training.
