Meet longtime Chatham Club Member, Foy Cooley! Foy currently trains with Frank and blows us away every day with her strength & enthusiasm for fitness. Fitness Director Dennis Stacknick asked Foy a few questions about her time as a member:

DS: How many years have you been a member?
FC: I’m approaching 25 years!

DS: What are some accomplishments you’ve achieved at The Chatham Club?:
FC: I’ve mastered the Turkish Getup, 170 pound Deadlift, 454 Meters in 2 min. on Rower, and the Bosu single leg toe touch.

DS: What do you like about the Club?:
FC: I like the pleasant atmosphere, the cleanliness, variety of workout spaces, enormous amount of equipment, as well as the kind, caring and welcoming staff. Great ambiance.

DS: What do you like about training with Frank?:
FC: Results! I love how I feel leaving the gym after training. Frank provides me with enthusiasm, encouragement, lots of praise and motivation. I have fun doing it!

DS: What are your favorite exercises:
FC: “The easy ones”. It’s hard to pinpoint one because there is so much variety in my workouts.

DS: How about your least favorite exercise?:
FC: Cable rotation Paloff Press.

DS: How do you spend your time outside of the Club?:
FC: I enjoy weekly weekend hikes & skiing in the winter.

DS: Any 2022 goals?:
FC: Keep improving body composition!
