What sport do you play, where, what position?
I am a defender on the Chatham High School lacrosse team.
What is your favorite thing about playing on your lacrosse team at school?
The best part of playing for this team is definitely my teammates. I love how we have grown into a family over the seasons and consistently bring high intensity and energy to every game.
Why do you enjoy training at TCC with Robbie?
I enjoy training with Robbie because he is always encouraging me to do my best and drives me to try my hardest. He always has my best interests in mind and his knowledge in strength training has enabled me to train safer and better than I ever had.
What are your favorite exercises and why?
My favorite exercises are hang cleans and single legged squats. I find these to be my favorites because I always feel stronger after completing them.
What is your least favorite exercises and why?
My least favorite exercises are 144s because they burn at the end of a workout.
Have you seen any improvements in your strength, agility, speed and confidence to your training?
I have seen many improvements in my speed, agility, and overall strength. These improvements have helped me to succeed on the field thanks to Robbie and his amazing training.
What are goals for this year?
My goals for this year is to strengthen my upper body and improve my footwork!
How long have you been training with Robbie?
I have been training with Robbie for little over a year.
What is one of the quotes that you live by and why? —- “Believe you can and you’re halfway there”- Theodore Roosevelt. I live by this quote because believing in yourself is such an important aspect in success, perseverance, and progression.
