Sports Performance Training at The Chatham Club offers a methodical approach toward improving speed, strength and flexibility in young athletes ages 12 years and older.

Our sports performance specialist have a full understanding of the science, training philosophy, exercise methodology, active coaching process, error detection and athletic mechanics required to build more talented athletes.
