Reformer Class
Gain all the benefits of over 100 life & body changing exercises performed on the universal reformer the main component of the Pilates system. The tower unit and mat exercises will be utilized. We recommend students complete three private sessions prior to reformer class.
$55. Per Reformer Class – packages of 10 available at a discount

Tower Class
A unique opportunity combining Mat & Cadillac exercise using the “Tower Unit.” Clients benefit by advancing in a small group setting while performing exercises using leg and arm springs, push through bar and roll back bar. Magic circles will also be used in the Tower class. We recommend students complete three private sessions prior to tower class.
$35. Per Tower Class – packages of 10 available at a discount

Class will be held for one client. The lesson will be 30 minutes.
