About Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.
Mat Classes are included in membership
New Members are encouraged to sign up for a complimentary 30-minute session.
Pilates Mat Beg/Int – Int/Adv
A fifty-minute mat class designed to focus on the isolation of all the abdominal muscles, transverse abdominal wall, inner & outer thighs, lower back and hips, your body’s powerhouse. Mat class helps in creating long, lean muscles while gaining strength, flexibility, balance, alignment and postural improvements. Classes in studio A or C.
The Following Tower, Reformer, and Private Sessions are in addition to membership
Reformer Class
Gain all the benefits of over 100 life & body changing exercises performed on the universal reformer the main component of the Pilates system. The tower unit and mat exercises will be utilized. We require students to complete three private sessions prior to reformer class.
Tower Class
A unique opportunity combining Mat & Cadillac exercise using the “Tower Unit.” Clients benefit by advancing in a small group setting while performing exercises using leg and arm springs, push through bar and roll back bar. Magic circles will also be used in the Tower class. We require students to complete three private sessions on the Tower apparatus.
$35. Per Tower Class /$55. Per Reformer Class – packages of 10 available at a discount
Class will be held for one client. The lesson will be 30 minutes.
