Pilates emphasizes the balanced development within one’s body through core strength, flexibility and awareness, in order to facilitate efficient, graceful movement.
We welcome non-members to our Pilates Studio.
New members are encouraged to sign-up for a 30-minute complimentary session.
Reformer Class – Gain all the benefits of over 100 life & body changing exercises performed on the universal reformer, the main component of the Pilates system.
We recommend students complete three private sessions prior to a reformer class.
Tower Class – A unique opportunity combining Mat & Cadillac exercise using the Tower Unit. Clients benefit by advancing in a small group setting while performing exercises using leg and arm springs, push through bar and roll back bar. Magic circles will also be used in the Tower class.
