Karate
In the traditional Okinawan karate system called isshinryu, you’ll develop practical physical and psychological skills for dealing with conflict and fitness through meditation, traditional forms practice, Ki energy management, breathing, and stretching techniques.
Coed classes for teens and adults are held every Monday and Wednesday evening at 8 P.M.
