Meet Our Personal Trainers

Amanda Kara: Co-Fitness Director Amanda relocated from Alabama to take a position with The Chatham Club in 2005. Her personal training certification is from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Amanda received her B.S. in Biology/Chemistry and earned her Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). She has extensive experience and is a certified trainer for both Kinesis and Power Plate training. Amanda heads up a summer running program at the Club for anyone who wishes to train for 5K through Marathon distances. She ran competitively for UAB earning several honors including All-Conference and All-American Academic teams. She has completed 3 Marathons, placing 2nd in the 05’ Mardi Gras Marathon. Amanda has qualified for the coveted Boston Marathon in each marathon she’s competed in.
 
 
Dennis Stacknick: Co-Fitness Director Dennis is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a B.S. in Movement Studies & Exercise Science. He is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Personal Trainer.  While at ESU, Dennis was member and captain of the Men’s Cross Country and the Indoor/Outdoor Track teams. Dennis’ emphasis is on sports specific training and strength-conditioning programs. 
 
 
 
   
 
 
 
 
Nikki Ansell: Nikki earned her BS in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University in 2003, and her Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2005 also from ESU. She holds a certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Nikki has worked with a variety of clients from young athletes to cardiac rehabilitation patients. Nikki enjoys horseback riding and trains locally as a competitive hunter/jumper.
 
 
 
 
Luke Borowiec: Luke joined The Chatham Club staff in 2004. He holds an associates degree from County College of Morris in Exercise Science. His personal training certification is from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Luke enjoys working with a variety of clients from post rehab patients to elite athletes. Outside of his training schedule Luke enjoys golf and squash.
 
 
 
 
 
Bryan Frazier: Bryan has been in the Health and Fitness Industry for 10+ years. He holds his BS in Exercise Science from University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a minor in Microbiology. Bryan’s certifications are from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as both a Certified Personal Trainer and an Integrated Flexibility Specialist; NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist; ACSM (America College of Sports Medicine) as a Pre-Post Natal Trainer and ACE (American Council on Exercise). Bryan is also a certified Metabolic Specialist with New Leaf Fitness, specializing in basal and exercise metabolic rate calculation and application. Bryan specializes in the integration of postural analysis/alignment and core/flexibility training. His philosophy is to progressively integrate all aspects of exercise within a program in order to achieve total body balance both physically and psychologically.
 
Andrew Krasovsky: Andrew is a graduate of Kean University with his B.S. in Computer Science and his M.S. in Exercise Science. His personal training certifications are from; National Strength Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Andrew is passionate about and specializes in Fitness Sculpting, Natural Bodybuilding, Power Lifting and Nutrition. Andrew is an active competitor in Natural Bodybuilding events.
 
 
 
 
 
Tim Losey: Tim is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University with his B.S. in Exercise Physiology. He holds a certification from the National Strength & Conditioning (NSCA) as a Certified Personal Trainer. Tim is an avid rugby player and while attending ESU was selected to the All-American Rugby team. Tim’s emphasis is on fitness for sports performance.
 
Tracy Narag: Tracy has been a part of The Chatham Club personal training staff for 17 years. She received her B.S. in Dietetics from Montclair State University. Tracy holds her Health & Fitness Instructor certification with The National Strength & Conditioning (NSCA), and a Personal Trainer certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She enjoys working out and shares her enthusiasm for sound fitness with all of her clients.
 
 
 
 
 
Jen O’Connor: Program Director, Jennifer has been with The Chatham Club for more than 20 years. She received her personal trainer certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She attended her first Yoga Teacher training 15 years ago with Baron Baptiste. Jennifer has since attended numerous teacher trainer seminars held by Yoga Journal, Omega Institute and Kripalu Institute. She is certified through The American Yoga Academy. In 2007 Jennifer followed her newest passion and became certified in Zumba. She teaches Spinning, Body Sculpting, Zumba and Yoga classes at the Club. Jennifer loves to share the joy of movement with all of her students through classes and personal training.   
 
 
                                                                                                                                                                      
Ivona Reszka: Ivona received her B.S. in Adult Fitness from the University of Warsaw, and her Master’s in Physical Education also from the University of Warsaw. She holds her personal training certification from the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). Ivona is Kinesis and Power Plate certified and teaches several classes at the Club. She has been with the Club as a personal trainer for the last 12 years. Ivona is experienced in athletic and post rehabilitation training programs. Outside of the Club, she enjoys skiing and playing soccer.
                                                                                                                                               
Janine Romano: Janine holds an ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) Health & Fitness Specialist certification and her NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association) certification. She is a certified Reebok spinning instructor. She has received enhanced qualifications in nutrition and physical activity; Janine did her undergraduate work in pre-med studies at Temple University and microbiology at Rutgers University. Janine has been with The Chatham Club for the past 20 years as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
Traci Stanard: Traci is a former Elite International gymnast and collegiate two-time All-American. She competed in the 1992 Olympic trials and remained ranked 8th in the country for two years. Traci graduated from the University of Utah with a BS in Psychology and a Masters Degree in the psycho-social Aspect of Sport. Traci currently is a Certified Wellness Coach and holds her CFT certification through the ISSA. She works daily with athletes in the mental aspects of training and performance. As a trainer, she pursues to help others reach their own physical peak performance state.
 
 
 
Linda Supko: Linda received her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from East Stroudsburg University and is currently working on her Master’s degree. She is a certified Kinesis and Power Plate instructor. Linda has been a personal trainer at The Chatham club since 2001. She enjoys working with all different fitness levels and goals.   Outside of the Club, Linda has completed six marathons and enjoys snowboarding and hiking.
 
 
 
 
 
Steve Tirone:  Steve entered the personal training field in 1993.  He is currently studying for his National Strength & Conditioning Association certification.  Steve specializes in natural body building, mutrition and rehabilitation.  He enjoys playing the frums and following college and pro sports.
 
 
 
 
 
Gordon Waddell: Gordon holds an Honors B.S. in Exercise physiology from William Paterson University and is currently completing his Masters degree in Exercise Science at Montclair State University with plans to pursue his Doctorate at UMDNJ. Gordon holds the highest certifications in the fitness industry from prestigious organizations including: The National Strength & Conditioning Association, The National Academy of Sports Medicine, The C.H.E.K. Institute, The American Academy of Health, Fitness & Rehabilitation Professionals, and USA Weightlifting. His work experience is as diversified as his education; encompassing: physical therapy & sports rehabilitation, sports performance training, cardiac rehabilitation, nutritional counseling, and fitness management. Gordon is available for:personal training, program design and workshops. His areas of specialization include: Orthopedic exercise and injury post-rehabilitation, sports conditioning for golf, tennis, skiing and hockey, post-partum exercise for women and general strength training.
 
Darren Worts:  Darren has been working at The Chatham Club for 15 years.He received his B.S. in Corporate Fitness from Trenton State College and his Master’s in Recreation, Sport and Fitness Management from Northeastern University. He is certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). Outside of the club, Darren is a competitive runner and has completed dozens of marathons and ultramarathons.
 
All of The Chatham Club Trainers and Fitness Staff are CPR/AED certified.
