Fitness

You will find the Fitness Staff at The Chatham Club to be one of the most educated and professional in the region. We are prepared to help you reach your goals safely whether they be general fitness maintenance, sport specific needs, or a bridge from physical rehabilitation. After joining The Chatham Club, you are encouraged to utilize our introductory program, which consists of three complimentary fitness training sessions. These appointments, made at your convenience, will take you through an initial fitness assessment, a weight training program specific to your needs, and proper guidance for stretching and alternative exercises. We are committed to helping you succeed. 

We've equipped our resistance training circuit with Life Fitness, Cybex and Hammer Strength equipment.  If you love free weights, we have a room devoted to them.

Our cardiovascular area is equipped with Precore Ellipticals, Life Fitness Bikes, Cybex Arc-Trainers, Precor and Woodway Treadmills,  AMT Trainers, Expresso Interactive Bicycles, Stairmasters, a Stepmill and Rowers.
