Pilates is a form of exercise, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.

The Chatham Club offers several Pilates classes ranging from beginner to advanced including Pilates Mat, Tower and Reformer Classes.

All of our Pilates instructors are nationally certified, and will ensure you reach your specific goals. Our Pilates Studio is housed with Gratz Pilates equipment. The Gratz Pilates company is known for it's allegiance to the traditional designs of Joseph Pilates and their history of highly crafted metalwork.
