Barre workouts are energizing, challenging and fun in just the right amounts! Designed to trim, tighten and tone your entire body with an emphasis on defining your glutes and legs.

Barre classes, focus on four body parts -  arms, abdomen, gluteal muscles and thighs - with targeted, small movements designed to tone muscles without adding mass. "Go down and inch, up an inch" is an often heard cue.
