Yoga For Athletes
Yoga For Athletes is designed to increase strength, stamina and flexibility while improving mental focus and clarity. Each class incorporates developing the power of the body and mind connection. Tools will be provided to gain a greater understanding of how to create a deeper connection between the physical and mental body, unlocking the potential to improve athletic performance and gain the competitive edge. Breath work (pranayama) and beginning meditation practices will be introduced as part of the format. Get ready for a great work-out and work-in!
